1 tbsp pepper1 cup flour
2 each sticks Butter
5 cups turkey stock
2 tsp thyme
1 each tbsp pepper
2 each tsp thyme
Directions:
Make a roux with the butter and flower.add pepper corns once roux has browned, add flavors.
Then stir hot roux with cold stock until desired thickness.
