2 slice whole-grain bread, toasted, Mayo, Sprouts, Lettuce, Tomato slices, Turkey bacon strips, Swiss cheese 3 each drops olive oil, salt & pepper to taste 3 each drops balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar) 1 each avocado |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. Mash the avocado with the vinegar and oil, adding salt and pepper to taste 2. If you like mayonnaise, spread that on the toast. Then spread on the avocado mixture. Top with sprouts, tomatoes, etc., and enjoy. Be sure to have plenty of napkins handy! |
