Ingredients:
1 each California Avocado
2 each to 3 tablespoons graded Monterey Jack Jalapino Pepper cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
Directions:
1. Cut up and mash the inside of a ripe soft California Avocado, and discard seed and peel.
2. Put this in a small bowl.
3. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of graded Monterey Jack Jalapino Pepper cheese
4. Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
5. Mix well with a fork.
6. Use this to dip corn chips or put on top of salad or tacos or add to anything else.
7. Takes about 5 minutes to make.
