1 each Red Onion Slices (if red onion is too strong you can substitute a milder onion), Provolone or Monzerella Cheese, Fresh Avocado S |

| 1. This sandwich is very quick and easy to make. Take two slices of Texas Toast (or a thick bread if you can not find Texas Toast- a bread that can handle all of the ingredients without falling apart), and layer the tomato slices, onion slices, cheese and avocado in any order that you like and then season with salt and pepper to taste. You cook this sandwich the same way that you would cook a grilled cheese sandwich. Heat a pan to med/ med-high heat, add butter to the pan and melt your sandwich!! That is all there is to this one. Enjoy!!! | ||
