Ingredients:
2 each Slices of Classic Black Bread (or your favorite bread)
0.5 each Medium Size Avocado
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
2 each Large Slices of Ripe Tomato
5 each Slices of Cucumber
1 each Large Roman Lettuce Leaf
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix avocado and mayonnaise.
2. Spread avocado mix on 1 slice of bread then top with tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce.
3. Then top with second slice of bread.
