Ingredients:
0.5 each ripe avocado
2 each slices Stone ground 100% Whole Wheat Bread
1 OZ light Havarti or Swiss cheese
0.5 each small tomato sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, lettuce (optional)
Directions:
1. Mash Avocado and blend in lemon juice. Spread avocado on one slice bread, add cheese, tomato slices (with salt and pepper if desired) and lettuce. Top with second slice of bread. Enjoy!
