Ingredients:
8 each slices of bacon, cooked crisp
2 each tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 each large or 2 small California avocados, peeled & thinly sliced
1 each medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
4 each slices bread, Mayonnaise to taste, Salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Fry the bacon until crisp.
2. Toast the bread
3. Spread mayonnaise on bread
4. On the bread, layer bacon, tomatoes, avocado and onion slices.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
