0.5 each California avocado, sliced 2 each to 3 slices cooked bacon 2 each to 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese 1 each romaine lettuce leaf 1 each to 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 each slices of toasted wheat bread |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. Spread mayo on each slice of bread. 2. Break up and place bacon slices on one slice of bread. 3. Sprinkle blue cheese over bacon (if bacon isn't hot enough for cheese to melt, put open faced sandwich in microwave for about 20 seconds) 4. Put avocado slices on top of cheese/bacon. 5. Put lettuce on top of that. 6. Top with second slice of bread. 7. Cut in half and enjoy! |
