Ingredients:
1 each Medium California Avocado
1 each Medium Tomato
2 each green onions
10 each Slices Frozen Bacon
0.25 each Head of Lettuce
0.5 cup Mayonnaise (or to taste)
8 each Slices Bread, Optional; Tortillas, Crackers
Directions:
1. Finely dice tomato, and avocado.
2. Chop onion in small pieces,and shred finely the lettuce.
3. Slice thin strips of frozen bacon, and fry the bacon until crisp,and drain off grease.
4. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, and stir,until everything is well combined.
5. Spread onto bread slicesfor sandwiches, or spread thin layer on tortilla and roll up.
6. Slice about 3/4 inch wide, or put 1/2 teaspoon of mixture on each cracker.
