Ingredients:
1 package crumbled blue cheese
1 each diced ripe tomato
3 each diced green onions
0.5 each thinly sliced avocado
1 slice pita bread, cut in half
Directions:
1. mix first three ingredients in small bowl
2. spoon mixture into pita halfs
3. add slices of avocado
4. open a cold beer and dig in ... Enjoy!
