Ingredients:
3 each slices French or Italian Bread, lightly brushed with olive oil, rubbed with clove of garlic and toasted lightly
2 each medium ripe avocados, pitted and 1/2 inch diced
0.125 teaspoon seasoning salt
0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon diced tomatoes with green chiles
0.5 teaspoon lime juice
Directions:
1. Prepare bread as directed above.
2. In bowl gently toss remaining ingredients, chill and serve with freshly toasted bread.
3. Serves 4 as an appetizer if bread slices are cut in thirds.
