0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 0.5 teaspoon salt 0.75 teaspoon pepper 2 pounds lean ground beef 2 each onions, sliced 2 each tomatoes, sliced 0.5 each large, fresh, ripe California Avocados, seeded, peeled and mashed, lettuce leaves as needed 6 each sesame seed burger buns |

| 1. Combine Worcestershire, salt and pepper and ground beef. 2. Shape into patties. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. 3. Broil, grill or pan fry to desired doneness. 4. Serve on bun with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onion. 5. Top each burger patty with mashed California Avocado |
