3 each Avocados 1 cup sliced strawberries 1 cup seedless grapes 1 cup fresh or drained canned pineapple tidbits 1 teaspoon lemon juice, pinch of salt 1 tablespoon sugar 0.5 cup sour cream 0.5 teaspoon ginger 0.5 teaspoon salt |

| 1. Cut avocados into halves lengthwise. 2. Cut avocado balls with melon ball cutter. 3. Reserve shells. 4. Combine avocado balls, berries, grapes and pineapple. 5. Add lemon juice, dash of salt and sugar. 6. Mix lightly. 7. Spoon into avocado shell. 8. Mix cream, giner and 1/2 tsp. salt. 9. Spoon over fruit. |
