4 each California avocados, peeled and chopped 8 each roma tomatos, chopped 0.5 each yellow onion, diced 0.333333 each bunch cilantro, rinsed and chopped 4 each serrano chiles, finely chopped 1 tablespoon garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste 3 tablespoon Lemon juice |

| 1. In a large bowl combine avocado, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, chiles, seasonings, and lemon juice. 2. Stir to coat and mix together. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. 4. Change the amount of chiles to suit your taste. |
