Ingredients:
1 each whole avocado (about 8 oz.) peeled & sliced
4 each thin slices provolone cheese
6 each slices of whole wheat bread
8 OZ smoked deli turkey
1 each fresh beefsteak tomato, sliced
2 each to 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
6 each slices bacon
2 each to 4 tablespoon mayonaisse
Directions:
1. Toast bread until desired doneness
2. Lay bacon flat on paper towels and microwave2-3 min. till crispy.
3. Spread mayo evenly on all six slices of toast
4. Place 3 slices of bacon on each of two pieces of toast.
5. place 3 slices of tomato on bacon.
6. Place two pieces of lettuce on tomato.
7. Top with 1 slice of toast mayo side down.
8. Place 4 oz. of turkey on each sandwich.
9. Place 1/2 of avocado on turkey.
10. Top with 2 slices of provolone and remaining toast.
11. Slice from corner to corner & corner to corner again.
12. Place a toothpick in each sandwich wedge and lay each wedge crust side down.
