0.5 each ripe avocado or whole thing if you really like avocado. some cream cheese 2 each pieces pocket free pita bread (Toufayan's Pocket-free Mediterranean Style Flat bread is a good choice), sprouts, lemon juice, ol |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. Take one piece of thick flat bread and spread cream cheese liberally to cover. 2. Pull apart a baseball size amount of sprouts and lay on top of of cream cheese layer 3. Remove pit from avocado and slice with sharp thin knife around edges of fruit and then diagonally making long thin cuts through one half avocado. Shake out slices and layer on top of sprouts. 4. Sprinkle approximately 1/2Tbs olive oil and 1Tbs of lemon juice over entire sandwich 5. Salt and pepper to taste 6. Top with second slice of flatbread and cut with sharp knife into 2 or 4 wedges 7. Serve alone or with small side of soup |
