Ingredients:
1 slice Monterrey Jack cheese, Sliced roast turkey, about 1/4" thick
2 each slices Haas avocado, Alfalfa or other sprouts, Croissant, sliced lengthwise, Mayonnaise, to your liking, Salt, Pepper
Directions:
1. On bottom half of croissant, place: Cheese, turkey slices, avocados
2. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Top with sprouts.
4. Spread top of croissant with mayonnaise, and place on top.
5. Enjoy!
