Ingredients:
2 each medium ripe California avocados
1 each large tomato - diced
2 each green onions - diced
2 tablespoon sour cream
0.125 teaspoon Lemon juice
0.125 teaspoon salt
0.125 teaspoon Garlic
0.125 teaspoon paprika
0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
0.125 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Peel avocados and place in medium bowl.
2. Mash with potato masher until fairly smooth
3. Add the remainder of the ingredients.
4. Note: add spices to taste
5. Stir until well mixed.
6. Enjoy!
