Ingredients:
1 each whole ripe Genuine California avocado
4 each slices whole wheat bread (any kind that is crunchy like healthly choice cracked wheat)
2 each slices extra sweet onion (walla walla)
2 tablespoon real mayonnaise, salt and pepper
Directions:
1. spread each slice of bread with 1 1/2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
2. mash avocodo well, divide in half and put each half on one slice of bread
3. cover with one thin slice of onion
4. salt and pepper to taste
5. cover with the slice of bread
6. serve
