| To prevent tipping, cut a thin slice from one side of the lemon. Make 12 to 16 vertical cuts, three-quarters of the way through the lemon. Insert half-slices of unpeeled cucumber or zucchini into the cuts. This is an attractive garnish for large serving platters. | ||
