Ingredients:

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 each to 3 tablespoons fresh mint
2 each medium cloves garlic, minced
2 cups minced fresh (or canned-in-juice) pineapple
0.25 teaspoon cumin, cayenne, to taste
Directions:
Combine everything, cover lightly and refrigerate.

This keeps a long time.
