Ingredients:
1 each California avocado, sliced
1 each Habanero burrito tortilla (plain if you prefer), Hummus (flavored, use your favorite), Alfalfa sprouts
3 each to 4 thin slices smoked turkey breast
3 each slices domestic swiss cheese
0.5 each tomato, sliced and halved, salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Spread hummus thinly over the entire tortilla.
2. Layer turkey and cheese over 1/2 of the area.
3. Place vegetables and Avocado in a narrow vertical line about centered on the meat/cheese.
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the entire tortilla to taste.
5. Roll tightly, with vegetables in the middle of the finished roll. Enjoy!
