0.5 cups whipping cream 0.5 tablespoon prepared horseradish, to taste salt 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed Sunkist® grapefruit juice 0.5 teaspoon Sunkist® grapefruit peel -- finely grated |

| Directions: | ||
| Beat whipping cream in small, chilled bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold horseradish, salt, Sunkist grapefruit juice and peel, into whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. For a new taste treat, scoop on a warm baked potato. |
