1 cup whipping cream -- chilled 3 tablespoon powdered sugar 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon Sunkist® tangelo peel -- finely grated 2 tablespoon Sunkist® freshly squeezed tangelo juice |

| Beat 1 cup whipping cream, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon Sunkist tangelo peel in chilled bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold 2 tablespoons Sunkist tangelo juice into whipped cream mixture. Cover and hold refrigerated until served.
