6 each ripe but firm Roma plum tomatoes -- chopped
0.5 each medium Red onion -- chopped
1 each garlic clove – chopped, juice of 1 lime
3 each tomatillos (Mexican green tomatoes) -- peeled and chopped
0.25 cup fresh cilantro -- minced
1 each jalape?o chile (roasted -- peeled, seeded, and chopped) or
1 tablespoon canned jalape?o chilies -- chopped
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor or blender.
Process briefly to just combine; avoid creating a smooth paste.
