1 each large California Avocado
1 each medium sized fresh tomato
0.5 each cucumber
4 OZ basil and garlic goat cheese
2 each slices fresh norweigan rye bread
Directions:
1. Spread goat cheese onto one or both slices of bread (depends how much you like)
2. Slice and layer remaining ingredients (California Avocado, tomato, cucumber)
3. EAT!
