10 each oz. imitation crabmeat, drained, and chopped into small pieces 16 each oz. (2) 8 oz. pkgs cooked salad shrimp, drained and chopped into small pieces 1 each Sunkist® grapefruit (pink) peeled, sectioned with membranes removed, chopped into bite sized pieces 1 each Sunkist® orange peeled, and sectioned with membranes removed, chopped into bite sized pieces 0.25 cups plain yogurt 0.5 cups chopped celery 3 tablespoon Sunkist fresh-squeezed orange juice 1 tablespoon Sunkist fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1 teaspoon each grated Sunkist orange and lemon rind 0.25 teaspoon pepper 0.25 teaspoon chili powder 4 cups fresh spinach leaves, torn into bite sized pieces 2 teaspoon fresh chives chopped 1 each unit Sunkist orange and lemon rinds, curled (optional for garnish) 4 each units flour tortillas, burrito size |

| In a large bowl, mix together the first 12 ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Invert (4) ovenproof round bowls on top of a cookie sheet. Spray bottoms and sides of the bowls with non-stick spray. Drape tortillas over inverted bowls. Place in the oven and cook until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool. When cooled completely, remove baskets and set aside. Fill tortilla baskets with spinach leaves. Top spinach with Zesty Seafood Citrus Salad garnish with chives and citrus peels. |
