Directions:
Brush one side of each of two tortillas with water. Press the wet sides of the tortillas together to from a thick crust for the pizza. Brush the outside of the tortillas with a small amount of oil or margarine. Evenly brown both sides in a heated frying pan. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas. Set aside. Directions:
1. Roast your pepper in the oven under the broiler on all sides until blackened. Remove to a paper sack to cool. Peel. You could substitute bottled peppers.2. Mash cream cheese with fork in a plate. Sprinkle on Spike seasoning to taste (sparingly at first) and blend well.
3. Spread cream cheese mixture onto sliced bagel halves.
4. Spread avocado half on bottom half of bagel and press down with fork to mash.
5. Top with roasted pepper half and other half of bagel.

1. Brush or spread about 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce on each tortilla.2. Starting at one end of tortilla, place 2 slices Yves Veggie Bacon next to each other, lengthwise.
3. Place two slices of The Good Slice next to each other.
4. Start at the same end of tortilla and roll tightly.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If preparing a day ahead, wrap in plastic.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.I press the garlic with a garlic press rather than chop because this allows the maximum flavor of the garlic to come out, with juices, etc..
Let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours for the flavors to mingle.

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the first 12 ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Invert (4) ovenproof round bowls on top of a cookie sheet.
Spray bottoms and sides of the bowls with non-stick spray.
Drape tortillas over inverted bowls.
Place in the oven and cook until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and let cool.
When cooled completely, remove baskets and set aside.
