1 lb ground sirloin 2 tbsp pickle relish 2 tbsp steak sauce 1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick 2 tsp Sweet Paprika 2 tbsp butter, divided 8 slices rye or pumpernickle bread 8 slices swiss |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. Heat large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. 2. Mix meat and relish, steak sauce, steak seasoning, and paprika. Divide meat into 4 patties. 3. Add olive oil to pan and cook burgers 3-4 mins on each side. Take patties out and add 1 tbs butter and 2 slices of bread. Top bread with cheese, then patties, then another piece of cheese and then another slice of bread. Cook 2-3 mins on each side to set the sandwich and toast the bread. 4. Add remaining tbs butter and repeat for 2 more sandwiches. Cut sandwiches from corner to corner. Serve with chips or salad. |
