Ingredients:
2 lb ground beef (lean)
2  onions - chopped
2  green pepper -- chopped
1 tbsp Garlic - chopped
1/4 cup Jalapeno pepper (sliced)
1 can French Onion Soup
1 can beer
1 can tomato sauce (15oz can)
1 can stewed tomatoes (14.5 - 16 oz.)
1 can black beans
1 can red beans
1 package chili seasoning mix
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Brown 2 pounds of ground beef in a frying pan with 2 chopped onions, 2 chopped green peppers, 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic and ¼ cup of sliced jalapeno peppers.
2. In a dutch oven or large chili pot, set the oven heat on medium and add 1 can of French onion soup, 1 bottle of beer (any kind), 1 extra large can of tomatoe sauce, 1 extra large can of stewed tomatoes (cut the tomatoes in half), 1 regular can of black beans, 1 regular can of red beans, 1 pack of chili seasoning mix, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and ¼ cup of Texas Pete hot sauce. Add the remaining water from the can of tomatoes as well.
3. When everything is boiling slightly in the large chili pot, pour in the beef when browned. Stir it up and simmer for about 20 minutes and it will be ready.
