1/2 cup onion - chopped 1 clove Garlic 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 pound Ground Beef 2 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 cup mushrooms 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (10 oz.) 1 cup sour cream |

| Directions: | ||
| Saute onions and garlic in butter or margarine in hot skillet. Stir in meat, flour, and seasonings and saute about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, then soup simmer 10 min. stir in sour cream and heat and milk if to thick. Season to taste. Serve over noodles or rice. | ||
