2 Diced onions 4 clove minced garlic 2 lb ground turkey 90 OZ black beans(undrained canned or soaked overnight) 44 OZ Diced tomatos (canned or about 7fresh) 3 tbsp Chili Powder 2 tbsp Oregano 2 tbsp Basil 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar 2 tbsp salt 1 Various peppers, to taste 1 tbsp Chicken base |

| 1. Sautee 1st 3 ingredients until browned. 2. Put in a large crock pot with remaining ingredients. 3. Cook 4 hours on high or 8 on low. |
