2 cups elbow macaroni 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup flour 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 cup crumbled blue cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesean cheese |

| Cook pasta until al dente. In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, salt, pepper and bell peppers. Simmer until heated through. Stir in cream, flour, yogurt, blue cheese and Parmesean cheese. Stir cooked macaroni into cheese mixture. |
