3/4 lb rotini noodles 2 tablespoon butter 2 large chicken breasts 3 clove garlic 1 package green onions (at least 4 pieces) 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 8 OZ heavy cream 1 green pepper chopped 1 red pepper chopped 8 OZ mushrooms -- sliced 1/2 cup parmesan cheese |

| Cook rotini, drain, and set aside. In skillet, melt butter and add thawed chunked chicken. Cook chicken until done. Add garlic, onions, and seasonings to skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook and cover fro 5 minutes. Uncover skillet and stir in cream. Let simmer 2 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese and add rotini. | ||
