Ingredients:
1  broccoli floret
6 OZ fetuccine
1 lb chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregeno
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
4  garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook broccoli for 2 minutes, remove. In the boiling water, cook fettuccine according to package directions, drain.
2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 tsp oil. Add chicken, salt, oregano and red pepper and saute until cooked through, 4-5 mins each side. Transfer to plates.
3. In the skillet, heat remaining 2 tsp oil, saute garlic until tender 304 mins. Stir broccoli, cook stirring frequently until tender, 405 mins. Add the fettuccine then sprinkle with the cheese and pepper. Serve topped with chicken and sprinkle with fresh basil, if desired.
