2 can (10 ounces each) chunk white chicken in broth, drained 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise 1/2 cup red seedless grapes, each cut in half 1/3 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted (toasting optional) 1 pinch Salt and pepper, to taste 1 can (15 ounces) Mandarin oranges, drained |

| Combine chicken and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Stir in grapes, celery and almonds. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Just before serving, gently stir in oranges. | ||
