Ingredients:
3/4 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash tomato, basil and garlic (optional)
2 large eggs
Directions:
1.Mix thoroughly, let rest, covered, five minutes.
2.Roll out between parchment or waxed paper dusted with a flour or starch.
3.Cut into strips, put into boiling water till done.
4.If not using immediately put in a plastic bag till needed.
