Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 pieces chicken breasts, cut into 1-in cubes
2 clove garlic
5 each small onions - cut into 2-in pieces
2 each red peppers, cut into 2-in pieces
Directions:
1.) Mix together oil, honey soy sauce & pepper. Pour a small amount into separate bowl.

2.) Add chicken, peppers, garlic & onions to larger portion. Marinate in fridge for at least 2 hrs.

3.) Thread chicken & veggies on skewers. Grill 12-15 minutes, turning and brushing with set-aside marinade frequently.
