1 each large jar spaghetti sauce 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage browned 3/4 cup water added to the spaghetti sauce 1 package lasagna noodles 1/2 lb package of cottage cheese 2 each eggs mixed in with cottage cheese 2 cups shredded mozarella cheese 1 cup parmesan cheese or to taste |

| Directions: | ||
| Layer ingredients in 9 x 13 pan starting with spaghetti sauce and ending with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake at 350 degrees covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 45 minutes. |
