1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 1 can Corn 1 can Black Beans 1 can Diced Green Chilies 2 can Crushed Tomatoes 1 can Diced Tomatoes 1 package Premade Chili Seasoning 1/2 medium Red Onion 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper 1 cup Chopped Cilantro 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil |

| Heat olive oil in medium pan. Add red onions and saute for about 2 minutes. Chop boneless skinless chicken breast into 1-inch pieces and add to pan, cook until all outsides are done. Pour all canned ingredients, chili seasoning, cayenne pepper, and 1/2 of the cilantro into crock pot. Cook on high approximately 4 hours (6 hours approximately on low)/until all chicken is cooked completely through. Serve and top with remaining chopped cilantro as a garnish. | ||
