2 pieces Desired Fish 1 cup Plain or Seasoned Breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon Oregano 1 small Lemon 1 tablespoon Hot Mustard 2 tablespoons Margarine or Butter 1/4 cup Flour 1 large Egg |

| Directions: | ||
| Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder and oregano together in a shallow bowl. Put flour in another shallow bowl and beat the egg together with the hot mustard in a third shallow bowl. Roll lemon on a counter or table to release juices, slice in half and drizzle juice onto fish. Dip fish first into flour, then into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs. Melt butter/margarine in a large pan and lay fish in pan. Cook on one side until golden brown, then turn and cook until other side is golden brown. Serve and enjoy. | ||
