| Ingredients: | ||
2 each fullspoon of vegetal butter 1 each glass of soymilk 10 each middle size potatoes 1 each pice of red pepper cut in little pieces (don't use hot pepper) 1 teaspoon of salt 1 each onion 1 cup of soymeat |
| Directions: | ||
| 1.- The "pino" (we call "pino" to this thing that one can put inside of empanadas and pies and many other things): Cut the onion in little pieces and put on the pan with a little of oil. When it gets translucid, add salt, the red pepper, seasoning. Mix all and add the soymeat. (Don't put the soymeat in water before to use it!!! no matter what the envelope says!!) If it's needed, add a little of water. 2.- Cook the potatoes and make a puree adding milk and vegetal butter, and salt. 3.- Put some butter on a casserole pan and add first the "pino" and cover all with the potatoes puree. Cover with a little of sugar. Cook in oven for about 10 minutes. After a while, the top of the pie changes colour (because of cooking it) and it taste really good. |
