Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
4 tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 tsp salt (opt.)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt (opt.)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in large pot. Drain and return to pot. Add potatoes, cheddar cheese, soup, and milk. Warm on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and place mixture in a 9&13 inch baking pan. Spread evenly in pan. Dot with butter/margarine. Sprinkle with salt. In a small bowl, combine tomato soup, oregano, pepper, and salt. Carefully spread over the top. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350. Remove and sprinkle with cheese and bake 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
