Description: A healthy spicy chicken and vegetable stir fry that you can eat alone or with a side dish of salad.
Time: 1 hr (30 min to prepare, 30 min to cook)

Ingredients:
17 OZ chicken breast cut into strips
1 teaspoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon Sambal Chili Paste
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon tamarind paste
4 clove Garlic
1 OZ ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground 3 peppers (red, white and black)
7 OZ Peas (fresh or frozen)
7 OZ Corn (fresh or frozen)
7 OZ Jullienne Carrot (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Directions:
Pour the peanut oil into a hot, non stick pot
Once it starts to simmer, put the chicken in
Continually stir the chicken so it cooks evenly and sprinkle the salt and ground peppers over it
Once cooked, add the fresh or frozen vegetables in the order of Carrots, Corn, Peas (a minute between each)
Pour in the Soy Sauce and stir until evaporated
Move all the ingredients to one side of the pot and on the other side, insert the Sambal, Oyster Sauce, Tamarind paste and honey
Stir all the sauces without mixing them into the food just till they are runny (not so thick)
Mix all the ingredients together now and stir through
Add boiled rice to taste
