Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons EVOO
1  medium onion, diced
12  brussel sprouts, quartered
1  bunch rainbow chard
8 ounces vegetable broth
1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1  package instant brown and wild rice, cooked
Directions:
Heat EVOO in skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion and brussel sprouts and saute for 5 minutes. Add tumeric and salt and saute for 3 more minutes.

Add chard and saute for 3 minutes.

Add vegetable broth and rice. Cover and saute for for 10=15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
