Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 clove Garlic, chopped
1 pound Medium/Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
1 large Prebaked pizza crust
2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place butter anad olive oil in a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add garlic and shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Push shrimp to one side of skillet. Place crust on prepared baking sheet and brush with some of the butter mixture. Scatter shrimp over the crust and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
4. Bake at 425 for 10 min or utnil top is lightly browned. Allow to stand for a few min. before cutting into 6 pieces.
