Ingredients:
1 pound raw shrimp
1 can sliced canned carrots drained
6 large Red Potatoes - skin on, cut into 8ths
0.5 stick melted butter
3 tablespoon garlic salt
3 tablespoon mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning
Directions:
1)add potatoes, sliced carrots, and shrimp to a 13*9 casserole dish
2)combine seasonings and sprinkle all over potatoes, carrots and raw shrimp (use more seasoning depending on your preference)
3)pour melted butter over mixture and stir together gently with a spoon.
4)cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours
5)preheat oven to 425 degrees and cook uncovered for 45 minutes - 1 hour or until potatoes are fork tender
