1 packet of McCormick's Chile seasoning mix
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz) with liquid
1 can kidney beans (15.25 oz) with liquid
1 yellow onion sliced
Time: 16 min (1 min to prepare, 15 min to cook)

Directions:
spray pan with Pam
brown ground turkey and onion
stir in Chile seasoning mix
then add the tomotaes & kidney beans
bring to boil then reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes.

Number of servings depends on YOU! If it's a main dish or a side dish....I eat a bowl, which is a 1/4 of the nutrition facts below and have a meal for only 305 calories!!!

However, you can:
top with shredded cheese
green onions
sour cream
crunch up some tortilla chips
top on backed potatoes
top on hot dogs
or even make into burriots
