4 each boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, uncooked 30 OZ canned black beans, undrained (or two 15 oz cans) 20 OZ can Ro-Tel (or two 10 oz cans) 1 cup salsa 4 OZ can chopped green chiles, undrained 2 cup cheese, grated 1 package tortilla chips (you won't need the whole bag) |

| Directions: | ||
| Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese in a large slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours. Just before serving, remove chicken breasts and slice into bit-sized pieces. Stir into soup. To serve, put a handful of chips in each bowl. Ladle soup over chips. Top with cheese. |
