Ingredients:
4 pounds pork spare ribs
1 can bottle hoisin sauce
1/2 cup apricot preserves
3 pieces scallion, chopped
2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds2
2 tablespoon Szechuan seasoning
1 tablespoon minced or chopped ginger
Directions:
1. Place ribs in slow-cooker. Top with remaining ingredients and stir to coat.

2. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy!
