4 pounds pork spare ribs 1 can bottle hoisin sauce 1/2 cup apricot preserves 3 pieces scallion, chopped 2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds2 2 tablespoon Szechuan seasoning 1 tablespoon minced or chopped ginger |
